자가근막이완은 어떠한 장점이 있는가? | 이를 개선하기 위한 방법인 근막이완은 유착되거나 원래의 배열에서 틀어진 근막을 풀어주고 재정렬하여 근육, 힘줄, 인대, 연부조직의 기능을 개선시킬 수 있다[4]. 근막이완이 관절의 가동범위, 운동수행능력, 회복 등 컨디션 조절의 개선을 가져온다는 것은 많은 선행연구를 통해 검증되었고[5,6,7], 근막이완 기법 중 자가근막이완(self-myofascial release)은 소도구를 사용하여 스스로 근막을 이완시키는 방법으로 안전하고 쉽게 적용할 수 있다는 장점이 있다[8]. |
