개인정보보호와 빅데이터 활용에 관한 연구은 어떤 흐름을 가지고 진행되어 왔는가? | 지금까지 개인정보보호와 빅데이터 활용에 관한 연구는 크게 네 가지 흐름을 가지고 진행되어 왔다. 첫째, 빅데이터 활성화를 위한 개인정보 보호제도의 문제점과 개선방안에 대한 법정책적 규범연구이다. 둘째, 빅데이터 활용의 영향요인으로 공공데이터 개방, 보안 및 데이터 품질, 가명정보 결합, 기술수용이론(TAM), TOE 프레임워크 등 이론적 모형을 적용한 연구가 있다. 셋째, 데이터 결합연구로서 가명정보 이용, 비식별조치 기술개발, 방법론과 프로세스, 가명정보 결합에 대한 연구가 다수 있다. 그리고 넷째, 개인정보 보호 수준과 빅데이터 활용성과를 중심으로 국내 정책 현황을 고찰하고 해외 국가별 정책의 장단점을 논하는 비교연구가 있다. | |
