[국내논문] 클라우드 기반 도서관 시스템의 사용경험에 대한 사례연구

본 연구에서는 현재 클라우드 기반 도서관 시스템을 사용하고 있는 국내 도서관들을 사례로 각 시스템의 도입, 전환, 그리고 운영의 과정으로 구분된 사용경험에 나타난 주요 특성과 현안을 조사하였으며, 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 새로운 시스템들은 기존 시스템의 운영에 따른 문제의 대안으로 도입하게 되었으며, 비용 효율적인 이유로 현재의 제품을 선정하였다고 한다. 둘째, 전환과정의 주요 현안은 데이터의 전환작업, 기존 서비스 기능의 구현, 도서관 내외부 시스템의 연동문제 등이었다. 셋째, 운영과정에서 파악된 주요 장점은 비용절감, 간편한 설치와 자동적인 관리 및 유지보수, 그리고 모바일 기기들에서의 편리한 사용이었다. 주요 단점은 도서관 특성을 반영한 맞춤화의 어려움, 네트워크의 안정성 요구였다. 정보기술 담당사서의 없어진 역할은 시스템 정기점검 및 유지보수 지원 업무이며, 새롭게 생긴 역할은 다양하게 제시되었다. 도입 시스템에 대한 사서와 이용자의 반응은 대체로 불만보다는 만족한다는 의견이었다.
