본 연구는 치위생(학)과 학생의 전공만족도, 회복탄력성 및 임상실습만족도 정도를 알아보고, 임상실습만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하기 위하여 시행되었다. 임상실습 경험이 있는 치위생(학)과 학생을 대상으로 설문조사를 시행하여 총 256부를 최종 분석하였다. 자료분석은 연구 목적에 따라 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 임상실습만족도에 영향을 미치는 변인은 전공만족도의 관계만족이 유의한 정적영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 임상실습만족도를 향상시키기 위해서는 전공만족도 중 관계만족을 높이는 것이 중요하며, 학생에 대한 교수자의 지지, 라포 형성 등 관계만족을 높이기 위한 다양한 노력이 필요하다.
