[국내논문] 경기도 유아 책꾸러미 정기배송 사업에 대한 성과 분석 및 개선방안 연구

본 연구는 2021년도 경기도 유아 책꾸러미 정기배송 사업의 성과를 도출하고, 사업의 문제점을 분석하여 개선방안을 제시하여 경기도 독서문화진흥 정책 마련에 도움을 주고자 함에 그 목적이 있다. 이 사업의 성과 분석 및 개선방안 제시를 위해 양육자와 독서코칭사를 대상으로 만족도 조사를 실시하였으며, 전문가 의견수렴과 사업주관자 및 수행사업자를 대상으로 자체 사업 평가를 실시하였다. 만족도 조사 결과 사업의 필요성 및 만족도는 양육자 및 독서코칭사 모두 매우 높게 나타났으며 특히 양육자의 경우 사업 후 독서량이 많이 증가할수록 본 사업의 필요성과 만족도가 더 높은 것으로 나타났고 사업이 중단될 경우에도 지속적으로 책꾸러미 정기배송과 같은 프로그램에 참여하고 싶어하는 것으로 나타났다. 전문가 의견 수렴에서도 양육자의 독서육아에 대한 긍정적인 인식 변화가 있으며, 유아-부모 상호작용 발달로 이 사업의 필요성과 만족도가 매우 높다는 평가를 하였다. 다만 사업주관 및 수행기관의 자체 평가에서는 사전에 철저한 계획적인 준비를 통해 사업이 진행되어야 더 좋은 성과를 낼 수 있을 것으로 평가하였다. 이를 통해 경기도 유아 책꾸러미 정기배송 사업의 지속성을 위해 그 개선방안을 제시하고 경기도 독서문화진흥 정책을 제안하였다.
