본 연구의 목적은 액션러닝을 적용한 간호과정 교육이 간호대학생의 비판적 사고성향, 셀프리더십, 자기주도적 학습능력에 미치는 효과를 확인하기 위함이다. 연구대상은 총 96명이며, 자료수집은 2021년 9월부터 12월까지였다. 자료분석은 spss/win 23을 이용하여 빈도와 백분율, 대응표본 t-검정을 이용하였다. 연구결과 자기주도적 학습능력(t=-3.76, p<.001)이 유의하게 향상되었다. 또한 비판적 사고성향과 셀프리더십(r=.730, p<.001), 비판적 사고성향과 자기주도적 학습능력(r=.701, p<.001), 셀프리더십과 자기주도적 학습능력(r=.734, p<.001) 간에는 통계적으로 유의한 양의 상관관계가 있었다. 본 연구결과 액션러닝 적용 간호과정 교육은 간호대학생의 자기주도적 학습능력에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있다. 추후 다양한 교수학습 방법에 따른 효과를 확인하는 연구가 필요하다.
