초록
본 연구는 간호대학생의 생활습관과 자기성장 및 행복감의 관계를 확인하고 행복감에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하고자 시행하였다. 연구대상은 1개교의 대학생 116명을 대상으로 하였고, 자료수집은 2023년 5월 20일부터 6월 15일까지 시행하였으며 연구 설계는 서술적 상관관계 연구이다. 통계 분석은 SPSS 27.0 버전을 사용하였다. 연구 결과, 간호대학생의 생활습관과(r=.184, p<.05) 자기성장이(r=.685, p<.001) 행복감과 유의한 양의 상관관계를 보였으며, 행복감에 영향을 미치는 요인은 자기성장과(β=.626) 건강상태이었으며(β=-.269) 설명력은 53.2%이었다.
