본 연구의 목적은 단위 유치원인 연구 참여 유치원의 유아 인공지능교육 프로그램을 개발하는 것이다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 문헌 분석, 프로그램 설계 및 개발, 실행, 평가의 4단계 프로그램 개발 절차를 거쳤다. 본 연구는 단위 유치원 차원의 유아 인공지능교육 프로그램 목적과 목표, 교육내용, 교수-학습 방법, 평가를 제시하였으며, 프로그램 개발 과정에서 인공지능교육을 실행함으로서 프로그램의 현장성 및 활용성을 확보하였다. 본 연구는 유아교육 현장에서 인공지능교육 프로그램을 적용하고 활성화하기 위한 실제적 지원 방안을 도출하였다는데 의의가 있다.
