C지역에 소재한 4개의 간호대학에 재학 중인 3, 4학년 간호대학생 150명을 대상으로, 2022년 11월 3일부터 30일까지 완벽주의 척도(APS-R), 셀프리더십 척도(SLQ-R), 사회적 지지 척도(SSS), 임상실습 스트레스 척도(CPSS-R)를 사용하여 자료수집을 하였다. 연구결과, 대상자의 임상실습 스트레스는 부적응적 완벽주의(r=.51, p<.001)와 정적인 상관관계가, 셀프리더십(r=-.11, p<.001)과 사회적 지지(r=-.44, p<.001)와 부적인 상관관계가 있었다. 간호대학생의 임상실습 스트레스에 미치는 영향 요인은 부적응적 완벽주의(β=.45, p<.001), 사회적 지지(β= -.27, p<.001), 전공만족도(β=-.21, p=.002), 타 지역 임상실습 횟수(β=-.19, p=.003) 순으로 높게 나타났고, 이들 요인의 설명력은 43%였다(F=28.63, p<.001). 이상의 연구결과는 부적응적 완벽주의가 높을수록, 사회적 지지가 낮을수록 임상실습 스트레스가 높아질 수 있음을 시사한다. 따라서 향후 간호대학생을 대상으로 임상실습 스트레스를 낮출 수 있는 프로그램 개발 시 이러한 심리적 특성 요인들에 대한 적극적 고려가 중요하다고 본다.

The purpose of this study was to identify factors influencing maladaptive perfectionism, self-leadership, and social support on nursing students' clinical practice stress. Participants were 150 nursing students who were enrolled at four universities in Chungcheongbukdo. Data were collected using questionnaire by from 03 to 30 November, 2022. The measurement tools consisted of the Almost Perfect Scale-Revised, Self Leadership Questionnaire-Revidsed, Scale of Social Support, and Clinical Practice Stress Scale-Revised. Results revealed that higher levels of maladaptive perfectionism were associated with increased clinical practice stress. Decreased self-leadership, satisfaction with nursing major, number of clinical practice in other regions, and social support was also associated with increased clinical practice stress. Findings indicate that specific characteristics such as maladaptive perfectionism and decrease of social support can lead to increase clinical practice stress. In this paper, we propose that active considerations for these psychological characteristics are important when reducing clinical practice stress for nursing students.

대상자의 부적응적 완벽주의는 7점 만점에 평균 4.63±1.11점, 셀프리더십은 5점 만점에 평균 3.60±0.67점, 사회적 지지는 5점 만점에 평균 3.99±0.74점, 임상실습 스트레스는 5점 만점에 평균 3.08±0.74점이었다(Table 2).
본 연구는 완벽주의, 셀프리더십, 사회적 지지가 간호대학생의 임상실습 스트레스에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위해 시도되었다. 연구결과, 간호대학생의 부적응적 완벽주의, 사회적 지지, 전공만족도, 타 지역 임상실습 횟수가 임상실습 스트레스에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 간호대학생의 임상실습 스트레스를 낮추기 위한 중재전략 프로그램 개발을 위해서는 부적응적 완벽주의와 사회적 지지와 같은 심리적 특성을 활용한 중재 전략을 포함하는 것이 필요하다.

첫째, 간호대학생의 부적응적 완벽주의와 사회적 지지 등 개인 내외적 심리적 특성을 고려한 교수학습 전략을 모색하여 임상실습 스트레스를 낮출 수 있는 중재프로그램 개발 및 적용하는 연구가 필요하다. 둘째, 본 연구에서의 주요 개념을 모두 포함하여 검증할 수 있는 반복연구가 필요하다. 지금까지 부적응적 완벽주의, 셀프리더십, 사회적 지지, 임상실습 스트레스와 같은 요인들의 인과관계를 규명한 선행연구가 없으므로 각 요인의 인과적 관계에 대한 연구가 필요하다.
연구결과, 간호대학생의 부적응적 완벽주의, 사회적 지지, 전공만족도, 타 지역 임상실습 횟수가 임상실습 스트레스에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 간호대학생의 임상실습 스트레스를 낮추기 위한 중재전략 프로그램 개발을 위해서는 부적응적 완벽주의와 사회적 지지와 같은 심리적 특성을 활용한 중재 전략을 포함하는 것이 필요하다.
지금까지 부적응적 완벽주의, 셀프리더십, 사회적 지지, 임상실습 스트레스와 같은 요인들의 인과관계를 규명한 선행연구가 없으므로 각 요인의 인과적 관계에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 셋째, 추후 본 연구에 포함되지 않거나 유의하지 않은 임상실습 만족도, 학업성적, 학업과제량 등과 환경적 특성으로 실습기관의 규모, 대학병원 부속 유무 등을 고려한 추후 연구가 필요하다.
이상의 문헌들을 종합해 볼 때, 부적응적 완벽주의, 셀프리더십, 사회적 지지와 같은 심리적 특성 요인에 따른 간호대학생의 임상실습 스트레스 정도가 달라질 수 있을 것으로 예상되는 바, 이러한 심리적 특성 요인들을 모두 고려한 연구를 통해 간호대학생의 임상실습 스트레스를 효과적으로 감소시킬 수 있는 방안을 모색해 볼 필요가 있다.
둘째, 본 연구에서의 주요 개념을 모두 포함하여 검증할 수 있는 반복연구가 필요하다. 지금까지 부적응적 완벽주의, 셀프리더십, 사회적 지지, 임상실습 스트레스와 같은 요인들의 인과관계를 규명한 선행연구가 없으므로 각 요인의 인과적 관계에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 셋째, 추후 본 연구에 포함되지 않거나 유의하지 않은 임상실습 만족도, 학업성적, 학업과제량 등과 환경적 특성으로 실습기관의 규모, 대학병원 부속 유무 등을 고려한 추후 연구가 필요하다.
본 연구는 충북 소재 4개 대학의 간호대학생을 대상으로 편의표집 및 자가보고식 자료를 수집하여 연구결과를 일반화하는 데 어려움이 있으므로, 이상의 연구결과를 바탕으로 다음과 같이 제언하고자 한다. 첫째, 간호대학생의 부적응적 완벽주의와 사회적 지지 등 개인 내외적 심리적 특성을 고려한 교수학습 전략을 모색하여 임상실습 스트레스를 낮출 수 있는 중재프로그램 개발 및 적용하는 연구가 필요하다. 둘째, 본 연구에서의 주요 개념을 모두 포함하여 검증할 수 있는 반복연구가 필요하다.
