Second, Neuroticism Factor showed positive correlations with passive· aggressive·avoidance coping behaviors, Extraversion·Agreeableness· Conscientiousness Factor showed positive correlations with active·social support seeking coping behaviors, and Openness to experience Factor positively correlated with all Stress coping behavior. Third, Neuroticism Factor among Big-Five personality traits have the strongest effect in reducing stresses in general. in addition, 4 sub-categories of Neuroticism Factor influences to the stresses plentifully therefore. Most Neuroticism Factor predicts the stresses it is factor where it is important. Forth, Conscientiousness Factor have influence on the active·social support seeking coping behavior, Neuroticism Factor have influence on the passive·aggressive·avoidance coping behavior, and Openness to experience Factor influences to all the Stress coping behavior.
