지식을 창출하는 과정은 어떤 단계로 이루어져있는가? | 지식을 창출하는 과정은 다음과 같이 8단계로 이루어져 있다. 1단계는 실제적 문제제시 단계이다. 본 단계는 요구조사를 통한 실제 문제를 분석하는 단계이다. 당면한 문제 중 어느 것이 학습자가 해결해야할 가장 시급하고 중요한 것인지 질문을 제기하고, 추후 학습자가 그 문제에 집중할 수 있도록 주의를 환기시킨다. 실제적 문제는 비구조화된 문제로서 첫째, 정의되지 않거나 모호하다. 둘째, 다양한 해결책을 가지고 있다. 셋째, 해결책을 평가하기 위한 다양한 준거를 가지고 있다. 넷째, 동일한 사례에서 조차 개념과 규칙, 원리간의 관계가 일정하지 않기 때문에 어느 개념과 규칙, 원리가 해결책을 위해 필요한지 또는 어떻게 조작되는지도 모호하다(Jonassen, 1997). 2단계는 문제인식단계이다. 실제적 문제제시 단계에서 도출된 문제의 특성과 원인을 분석하는 단계이다. 당면한 문제에 대한 인식을 공유하고, 실제로 이 문제들이 가지고 있는 특성과 원인을 상호간의 질문과 확산적 사고기법들을 사용하여 찾아낸다. 3단계는 문제명료화 단계이다. 수렴적 사고기법을 사용하여 문제를 분류하고 팀에서 문제의 우선순위를 합의할 수 있도록 한다. 우선순위를 선정할 때에는 팀이 모든 대안들을 토론할 수 있도록 하고, 초기의 대중적인 선택에 집중하는 경향을 피할 수 있도록 한다. 4단계는 가능한 해결책 도출 단계이다. 문제명료화 단계에서 산출된 문제의 우선순위 목록을 활용하여 창의적이고 새로운 해결책이 도출될 수 있도록 한다. 기존의 해결책과 비교함으로써 실제 조직에서 적용할 수 있는가에 대한 적용가능성을 탐색할 수 있도록 한다. 5단계는 해결책 우선순위 결정 단계이다. 가능한 해결책 도출 단계에서 산출된 해결책 목록에서 제약사항 및 돌발적인 위험의 가능성을 자세하게 검토한다. 해결책 우선순위를 선정할 때, 오류가 있는 해결책이 선정되지 않도록 한다. 시간, 비용, 긴급성, 중요성, 효과성과 같은 우선순위 선정기준을 고려하여 해결책 우선순위 목록을 결정한다. 6단계는 액션플랜 작성 단계이다. 초기목표, 수행의 촉진 ․ 제한요소, 해결해야 할 문제, 과정 상 현재 진행위치, 팀원의 사기, 조직의 지원을 최종적으로 점검하고, 이를 바탕으로 우선순위 선정된 해결전략을 액션플랜에 충분히 반영할 수 있도록 계획을 세운다. 2순위까지 해결전략을 다각도로 수립해보고, 실제 적용가능성 여부를 판단한다. 7단계는 현장적용 단계이다. 액션플랜을 실제 현장에 적용하고 그 결과를 확인하는 단계이다. 이 때, 학습자는 액션플랜 적용전략에 따라 현장에 적용하고, 현장적용단계에서 일어날 수 있는 긍정적이고 지지적인 요소, 부정적인 요소 및 의견을 자세하게 작성한다. 마지막으로 각 단계에는 평가 및 성찰시간을 가진다. 각 단계별 활동상황과 산출물을 성찰하고, 나타난 문제점들이 치명적이라면, 이전 단계로 돌아가서 수정/보완하고, 각 단계를 반복해서 수행한다. |
