유방암 환자들에게 나타나는 증상 클러스터가 어떤 영향을 미치는 지 연구하였는데 그 결과는? | 본 연구는 유방암 환자들에게서 함께 나타나는 증상 클러스터인 통증, 피로, 수면장애, 우울의 정도와 각 증상들 간의 상호 관련성을 확인하며, 나타나는 증상 보유수에 따른 대상자의 삶의 질 정도의 차이를 확인하고 증상 클러스터가 삶의 질에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 확인하기 위하여 시도된 연구이다. 연구결과 유방암 환자의 우울, 통증, 피로, 수면장애 등이 중정도로 높게 나왔으며, 이러한 증상들 간의 상호 관련성 또한 높아 암 환자의 증상이 서로 클러스터링되어 나타나는 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한 대상자가 경험하고 있는 증상 보유수가 많을수록 삶의 질이 낮은 것으로 확인되었다. |
