예비조사는측정항목의신뢰성과타당성을 확보하기 위해 진행한 두 가지 방법은? | 본 연구는 예비조사와 본 조사를 통해 자료를 수집하였고, 예비조사는측정항목의신뢰성과타당성을확보하기 위해 두 가지의 방법으로 진행하였다. 첫째, 인터넷 쇼핑을 통한 패션상품 구입 후 후회 및 불만 경험이 있는 20대의 대학생 15명에게 e-mail을 보내 구매과정에서 인지한 예상된 후회와 선택의 어려움, 구매결정연기및 구매전환의도에 대한 간단한 질문을 하였다. 질문지에는 선행연구에서 추출한 항목과 연구자가 직접 구성한 항목을 제시하여 항목별로 경험 여부를 응답하게 하였으며, 추가로 예상된 후회나 선택의 어려움을 인지한 구매상황과 구매결정연기 및 구매전환경험에 대해 자유 기술하게 하였다. 이를 바탕으로 설문문항을 재정리한 다음 의류학 분야의 교수와 강사 5인의 평가로 문항의 적합성 여부를 판단하였다. 둘째, 2012년 4월 15일에서 30일사이에인터넷쇼핑몰에서패션상품을구매하고후회나 불평행동을한적이 있는 대학생과 대학원생 100명을 대상으로 예비설문조사를 실시하였다. 자료의 분석을 통해 측정도구의 타당성과 신뢰성을 검증한 결과, 예상된후회 1항목(패션상품의 구매과정에서 한제품의 구입에 대한 전반적인 예상된 후회), 선택의 어려움 2항목 (패션상품의선택과정에서비교구매의불가능으로인한제품 선택의 어려움, 정상상품과 할인상품 중에서 선택의 어려움)이 요인값 0.5 이하를 보여 제거하였으며, 응답자들이 문장을 이해하기가 어렵다고 지적한 항목은 이해하기 쉽게 수정 및 보완하였다. | |
