대학생의 셀프리더십과 학업성과의 인과관계 분석 연구의 한계는? | 국내에서 대학생의 셀프리더십과 학업성과의 인과관계를 분석한 연구에서 셀프리더십의 자연보상적 전략과 건설사유적 전략이 대학생의 학업성과에 영향을 주었으며(Park, K, 2009), 대학생의 셀프리더십이 교수에 대한 신뢰와 학업만족을 통해서 학업성과에 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다(Choi, & Lim, 2012). 그러나 이들 연구에서 대학생의 학업성과는 주로 중간고사와 기말고사 성적으로 측정되었기 때문에, 셀프리더십이 높은 학생들의 학습과정이 간과될 수 있다. 최근 대학생의 학업성과와 관련해서 학생이 학습결과와 학습과정을 스스로 평가하는 학습인식 개념이 사용되고 있다(Min, 2008; Sohn & Kim, 2007; Umbach &Porter, 2002). |
