긍정심리자본은 무엇을 의미하는가? | 긍정심리자본(Positive Psychological Capital)은 긍정심리학과 긍정적 조직행동에 기초하여 등장한 것으로 긍정적인 성향을 가진 조직 구성원의 심리적인 역량은 조직의 성과 향상을 위해 개발될 수 있다고 주장한다[29, 30]. 긍정조직행동에서 핵심개념이라 할 수 있는 긍정심리자본은 개인이 주어진 환경에 대해 가지는 긍정적 심리태도가 적극적인 사고와 행동을 하게 됨으로써 성과향상에 기여하게 되는 조직구성원의 복합적인 심리 역량을 의미한다[30]. 즉 긍정심리자본의 개념은 개인 조직구성원의 태도에 영향을 주는 자기효능감(self-efficacy), 희망(hope), 복원력(resilience)과 낙관주의(optimism) 등 4개의 하위 구성요소들로 이루어진 자본(capital)으로 개념화되었다고 볼 수 있다[29, 30]. |
