민영화 성과분석 -효율성과 생산성을 중심으로-

초록

최근 민영화에 대한 많은 논란이 있다. 민영화는 효율성과 생산성의 상승을 목적으로 실시된다. 그러나 이에 관한 연구는 부족하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 DEA와 Malmquist분석을 이용하여 민영화에 따른 효율성과 생산성의 개선 효과를 분석한다. 분석결과, 민영화된 공기업과 공기업간의 효율성 차이는 나타나지 않았다. 그러나 생산성에서는 차이가 존재하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 민영화는 생산성의 향상을 불러올 수 있다고 분석 가능하다. 본 연구를 통해 정책경영시사점을 제공할 수 있다.
