본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생들의 학과만족도 향상을 위한 재학생들의 교육프로그램 개발 및 학교 적응프로그램개발을 위한 기초자료를 제공하고자 시도되었다. 연구대상자는 B U 시 소재 4개 간호대학에 재학 중인 학생 235명으로, 자아탄력성, 간호전문직관, 학과만족 정도를 설문지로 측정하였다. 자료수집기간은 2015년 10월 16일부터 11월 25까지이었다. 수집된 자료는 Spss 18.0을 이용하여 t-test, ANOVA로 분석하였으며, 사후검정은 $Scheff{\acute{e}}$ test, Pearson's correlation coefficient, Stepwise multiple regression을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 간호학생의 학과 만족도에 미치는 영향을 파악한 결과 전체적 영향요인은 25.3%였으며, 가장 높은 관련요인은 간호전문직관으로 19.9%로 가장 설명력이 높았다. 그 다음으로 자아탄력성을 추가하였을 때 24.4%, 교우관계를 추가 하였을 때 25.3%의 설명력을 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 학과만족도를 높이기 위해서는 간호전문직관을 향상 시킬 수 있는 교육전략을 개발하여 적용하는 것이 필요하다고 제언한다.

The participants were 235 nursing students at four different colleges located in B U City. A questionnaire survey was conducted on those students to determine their ego-resiliency, view of the nursing profession, and satisfaction with the nursing department. 본 연구는 간호대학생들의 자아탄력성, 간호전문직관이 전공만족에 미치는 영향을 확인하기 위함이며, 간호 학생들의 전공만족도를 높여 전공에 대한 불만족으로 인해 간호대학생들이 추후 간호사로써의 전문직업인으로 역할 갈등이나 현실충격을 완화 할 수 있도록 교육이나 중재프로그램 제공에 기초자료가 되고자 시도되었다.
본 연구는 간호대학생의 자아탄력성, 간호전문직관이 학과만족에 영향을 미치는 정도를 파악하여 학과만족도를 높이기 위한 방안을 모색하고자 수행되었다. 본 연구에서 확인한 학과만족도에 대한 주요 연구 결과를 중심으로 논의 하면 다음과 같다.

제안 방법
본 연구의 도구는 구조화된 자기기입형 설문지를 이용하였다. 설문지의 구성은 자아탄력성29개 문항, 간호전문직관 18개 문항, 학과만족18개 문항, 일반적 특성 8개 문항으로 총 73문항으로 구성되어 있다.
대상 데이터
본 연구의 대상자는 B, U 광역시 소재 4개 간호대학에 재학 중인 3학년 235명의 간호대학생에게 실시하였다. 본 연구에서 표본크기는 G power 3.
동의서의 서명과 설문지를 작성하게 하고 그 자리에서 회수하였다. 전체 260부의 설문지가 배부되었으며, 배부된 설문지 중 248부를 회수하여 그 중 부적절한 답을 한 13부를 제외한 235부가 최종 분석에 사용되었다.

3) 간호대학생의 일반적 특성에 따른 학과만족도 정도는 t-test와 ANOVA로 분석하였으며, 사후검정은 Scheffé 검정을 실시하였다.
5) 간호대학생의 자아탄력성과 간호전문직관이 학과만족도에 미치는 영향요인을 파악하기 위하여 단계적 다중 회귀분석(Stepwise multiple regression)을 실시하였다.
이론/모형
간호전문직관 측정도구는 Kwon등[20]이 개발하여 Kim[21]이 연구에 적합하도록 요인 분석을 통한 구성타당도 검증으로 수정, 축소한 간호전문직관 도구를 사용하여 측정하였다. 본 연구에서 사용된 도구는 총 18문항으로 구성되어있으며, 측정기준은 5점 척도로 “매우 그렇지 않다” 1점에서 “매우 그렇다” 5점 척도로 측정되며 점수가 높을수록 전공만족도가 높음을 의미한다.
본 연구에서 자아탄력성 측정도구는 Klohnen[18]이개발한 자기보고식 자아탄력성 척도를 Park[19]이 국문 화한 도구를 사용하였다. 측정기준은 5점 척도로 “매우 그렇지 않다” 1점에서 “매우 그렇다” 5점 척도로 측정되며 점수가 높을수록 자아탄력성이 높은 것을 의미한다.
학과만족도 측정도구는 Illinois 대학에서 개발한 Program Evaluation Survey[23]를 Kim과 Ha[24]이 수정․보완한 총 27문항의 학과만족도 척도 중 학교만족 문항을 제외한 18문항을 사용하였다. 학교만족 문항은 학교에 대한 사회적 인식에 대한 내용으로써 간호대학생의 학과에 대한 만족도를 파악하는 본 연구의 취지에 맞지 않아서 제외하였다.
성능/효과
그 결과 간호대학생들의 간호전문직관은 간호학생들의 학과 만족도에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다, 따라서 간호전문직관을 높일 수 있는 다양한 교육프로그램이 마련되어야 할 것이다. 본연구의 제한점으로 대상자의 선정 시 한 개 도시의 소수 대학의 대학생들을 편의 추출하였으므로 연구 결과를 일반화 하거나 확대 해석하는데 신중을 기해야 할 것이다.
간호대학생의 학과만족도에 영향을 미치는 원인을 규명하기 위하여 간호대학생의 학과만족도 정도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타난 학과 선택 동기, 교우관계, 간호사인식을 각각 양분하여 더미 처리한 변수와 간호전문직 및 자아탄력성 변인에 대하여 단계적 다중 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 학과만족도에 대한 전체적 영향 요인은 25.3%였으며, 가장 높은 관련요인은 간호전문직관으로 19.9%로 가장 설명력이 높았다. 그 다음으로 자아탄력성을 추가하였을 때 24.
후속연구
제언으로는 간호대학생만을 위한 전공만족도에 대한 측정도구가 없어서 변수의 개념이 학과만족 또는 전공 만족으로 선행 연구들에서 개념의 정의가 이분화 되어 간호학과 전공만족도 측정 도구 개발에 관심을 가질 필요가 있겠다. 그리고 학년별 학과만족이나 전공만족을 위한 다양한 수준의 정규 및 비정규교과 과정을 개발해 간호대학생들에게 적용하고 그 효과를 검증할 것을 제언한다.
