청년층의 취업문제는 어떠한 상황에 있는가? | 청년층의 취업문제는 나날이 심화되고 있다. 통계청의 경제활동인구조사를 보면 2015년 청년층 실업률이 2014년보다 0.2% 증가한 9.2%로 역대 최고수준을 기록하였으며 이는 2012년의 7.5%에 비하면 1.7%가 증가한 수치이다. 더욱이 취업준비생은 약 61만 명으로 5만 명 가까이 증가하였으며 구직을 단념하고 취업준비도 안 하는 20대는 27만 6천명으로 3만 명이 증가하였다. 2013년 이후 20대 청년층의 비정규직 비율은 계속 높아지고 있는 실정임을 보면 청년들이 체감하는 취업문제는 더욱 심각하다. 또한 최근 취업포털 잡코리아의 설문조사에 의하면 대학생 및 대졸자의 절반이상이 대학진학을 후회하고[1], 한국직업능력개발원의 분석자료에 의하면 20대 청년층의 약 절반 정도가 전공분야를 바꾸고 싶다고 하였다[2]. |
