본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 자기효능감, 비판적 사고성향 정도를 파악하고, 간호대학생의 셀프리더십에 영향을 미치는 예측 요인을 확인하기 위함이며 서술적 조사연구이다. 본 연구는 D 시와 K 도에 소재한 간호대학 3곳에 재학 중인 3, 4학년의 간호대학생 114명을 대상으로 구조화된 설문지로 조사하였으며, 자료수집 기간은 2015년 11월 9일부터 11월 27일까지이었다. 수집된 자료는 IBM SPSS Win 20.0 program을 이용하여 independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, pearson's correlation coefficient, stepwise multiple regression으로 분석하였다. 연구결과 자기효능감은 평균 3.73점, 비판적 사고성향은 평균 3.73점, 셀프리더십은 평균 3.73점으로 나타났으며, 셀프리더십은 자기효능감(r=.520, p<.001)과 비판적 사고성향(r=.691, p<.001)과는 양의 상관관계를 보였다. 셀프리더십에 대해 자기효능감(${\beta}=.277$, p<.008), 비판적 사고성향(${\beta}=.274$, p=.006), 학년(${\beta}=.273$, p<.001), 종교(${\beta}=.163$, p=.023), 전공지원동기(${\beta}=-.155$, p=.033)는 총 45.6%의 설명력을 나타내었다. 이중에서 자기효능감이 가장 높은 설명력을 가진 것으로 나타났고, 다음으로 비판적 사고성향으로 분석되었다. 따라서 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 간호대학생의 셀프리더십에 미치는 예측 요인을 다양하게 파악하고, 자기효능감과 비판적 사고성향을 향상할 수 있는 프로그램을 개발하여 적용하는 것이 필요하다.

This study examined the influence of self-efficacy and critical thinking disposition on the self-leadership of nursing students. The research subjects were114 nursing students in D city and K province. The data werecollected from November 9 to November 27, 2015, and analyzed by an independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation, and Stepwise multiple regression using the IBM SPSS/Win 20.0 program. The results showed that self-efficacy was 3.73, critical thinking disposition was 3.73, and self-leadership was 3.73. The self-leadership has positive correlations with self-efficacy and critical thinking disposition. Self-efficacy(${\beta}=.277$, p<.008), critical thinking disposition(${\beta}=.274$, p=.006), grade(${\beta}=.273$, p<.001), religion(${\beta}=.163$, p=.023),motivation of nursing(${\beta}=-.155$, p=.033) explained 45.6% of total variance of self-leadership of nursing students. The most significant predictor of self-leadership were self-efficacy, followed by critical thinking disposition. Therefore, it is necessary to develop aneducation program to improve the self-efficacy and critical thinking disposition of nursing students.

대상 데이터

본 연구는 일 대학 간호대학생을 표적 모집단으로 하고, D 시와 K 도에 소재한 간호대학 3곳에 재학 중인 간호대학생을 근접 모집단으로 하였다. 대상자는 간호학과 3, 4학년으로 본 연구의 목적을 이해하고 자발적으로 연구에 참여할 것을 서면 동의한 간호대학생 114명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료 수집 전에 대상자에게 언제라도 참여를 중단할 수 있음을 설명하였고, 수집된 자료는 연구 목적으로만 사용할 것과 연구 대상자의 익명성과 개인정보 보장을 약속한다는 내용의 서면동의를 구하였다.

데이터처리

2) 간호대학생의 일반적 특성에 따른 셀프리더십 정도의 차이는 independent t-test와one-way ANOVA로 분석하고 Scheffé test로 사후 검정하였다.
3) 간호대학생의 자기효능감, 비판적 사고성향 및 셀프리더십과의 상관관계는 Pearson‘s correlation coefficient로 분석하였다.
4) 간호대학생의 셀프리더십에 영향을 미치는 예측요인을 확인하기 위해 Stepwise multiple regression 으로 분석하였다.

성능/효과

셀프리더십에 대해 자기효능감, 비판적 사고성향 등의 변수가 유의한 예측요인으로 나타났다. 가장 높은 설명력을 가진 변수는 자기효능감으로 나타났으며, 모든 변인의 설명력은 45.6%였다.
본 연구는 간호대학생의 셀프리더십에 영향을 미치는 예측요인을 파악하기 위하여 시도하였다. 셀프리더십에 대해 자기효능감, 비판적 사고성향 등의 변수가 유의한 예측요인으로 나타났다. 가장 높은 설명력을 가진 변수는 자기효능감으로 나타났으며, 모든 변인의 설명력은 45.
