오늘날 간호 교육에 있어 임상현장의 요구와 간호교육 환경 및 교육패러다임의 변화를 수용하려는 시도는 어떤것들이 있는가? | 오늘날 간호 교육은 임상현장의 요구와 간호교육 환경 및 교육 패러다임의 변화에 맞게 간호학생을 교육해야 하는 과제에 직면해 있다. 그러한 시도로서 단계적이고 통합적인 간호교육과정의 개선과 다양한 교수학습법의 도입의 필요성이 제기되고 있고[4], 구체적으로는 사전학습을 전제로 한 토론식 수업, 팀 프로젝트 수행 및 팀 기반 학습법, 문제중심학습, 시뮬레이션 실습교육 등이 시도되고 있으며, 그 효과에 대한 평가가 이루어지고 있다. |
