몸통의 안정성이란? | 뇌졸중은 몸통 조절에 영향을 미치는 몸통 근육의 기능을 약화시키며, 몸통의 조절능력은 뇌졸중 후 기능적 결과의 중요한 예측 인자이며, 신체를 바로 세우면서 무게 중심 이동을 원활하게 수행할 수 있도록 해주는 몸통근육의 활동수준에 의해 좌우된다(Karthikbabu 등, 2012). 몸통의 안정성은 일상생활의 기능적 활동이나 고위 수준의 과제를 수행하는 동안 팔다리 사용을 가능하게 하는 균형을 위하여 필수적인 요소이다(Ryerson 등, 2008). 뇌졸중 발병 초기 시 재활에서 다리 근력 강화와 몸통 근력강화를 통한 몸통의 안정성은 균형과 보행 능력 향상을 위한 중요한 부분이다(Pang 등, 2005). |
