감성지능이란? | 감성지능은 인간이 가지고 있는 심리적 성향 중 긍정적 감정 성향으로서 스트레스로 인해 나타나는 감정을 조절하는 데 중요한 역할을 한다[5]. 이는 자신과 타인의 감정을 평가하고 효과적으로 조절할 줄 아는 능력이며 또한 자신의 삶을 계획하고 성취하기 위하여 그러한 정서를 활용할 줄 아는 능력이다[6]. 선행연구에서 감성지능이 높은 사람은 스트레스 상황이 주어지더라도 긍정적으로 평가하여 문제해결에 적극적으로 임하여 노력하는 등 효과적인 대처방식을 보이나[7,8] 감성지능이 낮은 사람은 정서적으로 갈등을 일으키며 스트레스에 대한 지각 정도가 높은 것으로 조사되었다[9]. | |
