대학생활의 스트레스가 발생하는 원인은 무엇인가? | 한편 대학 입학 후 집을 떠나 기숙사, 하숙, 자취 등의 주거생활변화를 경험하는 학생들이 평균 40-50%에 이르고 있어 사회적 지지 체계의 구조적 기능적 변화를 경험하는 학생들이 급격히 증가하게 된다[3]. 대학생들은 이러한 정신적, 사회적, 환경적 생활변화를 받아들이면서 겪게 되는 과정에 부적응의 문제를 안고 있을 뿐만 아니라, 아울러 대학 졸업 후 취업을 해야 하는 부담과 걱정으로 인하여 진로결정, 취업준비 등 또 다른 스트레스를 가중 경험하게 된다[4]. 이러한 대학생활의 스트레스는 낮은 학업성취, 대인관계 문제, 우울, 불안 등의 정서적 심리적 부적응[5]을 유발하고 더 나아가 대학생활의 주관적, 심리적 안녕감에도 부정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다[6-9]. |
