This study aimed to determine the effects of simulation-based practice education on nursing students' employability, career exploration behavior and decision-making self-efficacy. A non-equivalent control group pre-posttest of quasi-experimental design was used. A total of 120 nursing students located in J provinces, 60 students for the experimental group and 60 students for the control group. Study participants were a third-year student at college of nursing student. The experimental group participated in the study for 6 weeks. The results showed that the simulation-based practice education significantly improved employability(t=-2.31, p=.023) and career exploration behavior(t=-3.05, p=.003) of nursing students. However, there was no significant difference in the decision-making self-efficacy(t=-.87, p=.387). 대상 데이터

본 연구의 대상자는 J지역에 소재한 대학의 간호학과 3학년 학생들로 본 연구의 목적을 이해하고 연구참여에 동의한 120명이었다. 연구의 참여자들은 시뮬레이션기반 실습교육에는 노출된 적이 없었던 학생들로 성인간호학 교과목 중 심혈관계 대상자 간호와 호흡기계 대상자 간호를 학습하였고, 임상현장실습을 이수한 대상자를 편의 추출하였다.

데이터처리

0 Program을 이용하여 분석하였으며, 구체적인 분석방법은 다음과 같다. 연구대상자의 일반적인 특성은 기술통계로 분석하였고, 실험군과 대조군의 동질성 검증은 일반적 특성과 종속변수는 Independent t-test로 분석하였으며, 시뮬레이션기반 실습교육의 효과 차이를 분석하기 위하여 고용가능성, 진로탐색행동, 진로결정 자기효능감은 평균과 표준편차, paired t-test로 분석하였다.

이론/모형

고용가능성은 Oh와 Yoo[31]가 개발한 도구를 Kang[32]이 수정・보완한 도구를 사용하여 측정하였다. 이 도구는 4개 영역의 총 20개 문항으로 직업정보(3문항), 정신건강(3문항), 구직기술(5문항), 구직대응성(9문항)으로 구성되어, ‘전혀 그렇지 않다’ 1점, ‘매우 그렇다’ 5점으로 점수를 부여하였다.
진로결정 자기효능감은 Taylor와 Betz[34]가 개발한 도구를 대학생에 맞게 번안하고 수정한 Lee[35]의 도구를 사용하여 측정하였다. 이 도구는 5개 영역의 총 25개 문항으로 자기평가(5문항), 정보수집(5문항), 목표설정(5문항), 진로계획(5문항), 문제해결 (5문항)로 구성되어, ‘전혀 그렇지 않다’ 1점, ‘매우 그렇다’ 5점으로 점수를 부여하였다.
