탄력밴드 운동이 노인에게 적합한 이유는 무엇인가? | 이를 종합해 보면 노인들에게 탄력밴드를 이용한 저항성 운동은 외부의 부하 없이 밴드의 길이에 따라 운동강도 조절이 용이하기 때문에 OMNI 저항운동 척도를 이용한 개별적인 운동 부하를 줌으로써 개개인에게 적합한 부하의 운동강도를 달성할 수 있을 것으로 생각된다. 따라서 노화로 인한 신체적 기능의 약화로 상해 위험성이 적고 안전한 탄력밴드 운동은 AMPK 활성을 통한 노인의 근감소 예방과 체지방 및 혈중지질 개선에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. |
