형성적 피드백을 제공하는 교수자의 역할은 무엇인가? | 한편, 형성적 피드백은 학생의 성취수준이나 학습준비도에 관계없이 제공되는 일반적 피드백과 다르게 학습자의 학습 향상을 위해 학생의 생각이나 행동을 수정하기 위한 정보를 제공하는 방법을 말하는데 개별적인 학생의 성취정도와 수행정도에 따라 피드백을 제공하는 시기를 달리하고, 학생의 사전지식의 정도에 따라서 제공되는 피드백의 종류를 달리하는 것을 말한다[18]. 교수자는 학습자에게 현재의 성취정도와 성취해야 할 학습목표 간의 격차를 알 수 있도록 해주고 그 격차를 해결하기 위한 안내역할을 해야 하는데[19], 교정이 필요한 부분에 대해 필요한 정보를 제공하고 학습자 스스로 학습할 수 있도록 기회를 부여함으로써 학습자에게 성공경험의 기회를 주게 된다[20]. 따라서, 학습자의 인지적 요인과 정의적 요인에 있어서 긍정적인 관련성이 있는 것으로 보고되었고[21], 학생의 성취도 향상에 있어서 필수적이며, 의학교육에서도 핵심요소라고 알려져 있다[22]. |
