자아탄력성 척도(ego-resiliency scale : ER)은 어떻게 구성되는가? | Block과 Kremen[22]이 개발한 자아탄력성 척도(ego-resiliency scale : ER)을 Yoo와 Shim[23]이 번역한 뒤 수정·보완한 것을 사용하였다. 이 도구는 대인관계, 활력성, 감정통제, 호기심 및 낙관성 등의 5가지 하위요인과 14개의 문항으로 구성되어 있다. 각 문항은 4점 Likert 척도로, ‘전혀 그렇지 않다’ 1점부터 ‘매우 그렇다’ 4점까지이며, 점수가 높을수록 자아탄력성이 높음을 의미한다. |
