Education emphasizes problem-solving skills based on convergent thinking power in an era of rising uncertainty and rapid progress. This paper proactively designed e-Learning team teaching convergence liberal arts courses for prospective teachers by these social needs. It analyzed the empirical effects on the operation of the subjects to foster future talent who can converge and apply knowledge in various fields. The curriculum consisted of professors of mathematics, practical Arts, computer, and education, and was operated to convey convergent knowledge of information technology and humanities, and consisted of 15 liberal arts courses at J University. Besides, textbooks and teaching materials were also developed by the faculty. As a result of the primary research, prospective teachers who took the course generally showed high satisfaction with the class, especially for the faculty. The students' overall convergent thinking ability has increased to a statistically significant level (p<.01), and the students' major has been found to be irrelevant. On the other hand, it can be seen that communication, content convergence, and caring factors, excluding creativity factor, have all risen to a significant level.

제안 방법

교과목 만족도 조사를 위해서 마지막 수업인 기말고사 후 교과목의 모든 수강생을 대상으로 만족도설문 조사를 진행하였다. 만족도 문항은 총 12개로 이루어져 있으며, 11개의 문항은 Likert5점의 척도로 정량적으로 집계되었으며, 1개 문항은 정성적인 만족도에 관해 알아볼 수 있도록 하였다.
본 논문은 국내 J대학 교육대학의 전인교양 강좌로 다가올 미래사회를 대비하기 위한 다양한 분야의 주제를 IT와 인문학의 관점에서 생각해볼 수 있도록 <미래융합IT인문학>교과목을 개설하였으며, 본 강좌는 다양한 교과과목의 전공 교수진 및 교육 전문가가 참여하여 한 학기 동안 진행되었다
본교 과목은 2020년 2학기에 운영되었으며, 총 30명의 제주대학교 교육대학 학생이 수강하였다. 본교 과목에 대한 학습자의 교과목 만족도를 교과목 수강 후에 조사하였으며, 학습자의 융합적 사고력을 교과목 수강 전과 후에 검사하여 효과성 검증을 진행하였다.
이상의 선행연구 분석을 통하여 본 논문은 예비교원을 대상으로 창의적인 융복합 수업 설계 방안을습득할 수 있는 온라인팀 티칭 기반 융복합 교양 교과목을 설계하였다. 또한, 이러닝 수업의 한계 극복방안을 모색하여 오리엔테이션, 국제포럼 참여, 교수-학습자 교류회 활동 등을 진행하였으며, 이해듬 (2018)의 학습자 만족도 영향요인에 따라 강의 내용을 가장 중점적 요인으로 고려하여 교과목 설계에반영하였다.
그리하여, 본 논문에서는 이러한 사회적 요구에 응답하여 교육대학의 예비 교원을 대상으로 수학, 교육학, 컴퓨터 교육, 실과 교육등 다양한 학과를 중심으로 융복합 교양 교육 교과목을 개설하고, 교과목 운영을 위해 각 분야의 전문 교수진이 모여 교과목에서 활용할 수 있는 교재 및 교수 자료를 개발한 결과를 나타낸다. 이에 더하여, 개발된 교과목을 수강한 다양한 전공의 교육대학 예비교원을 대상으로 교과목 수강 만족도와 함께 융합적사고력의 증가율에 대해 분석하였으며, 개발된 교과목이 실제 예비교원의 융합적 사고력이 향상되는데 기여하였는지를 실증적으로 살펴보았다.

대상 데이터

교재는 초등학교 현장에서 사용할 수 있는 IT인문학 기초교육교재와 특화형 교수·학습법 자료를 혼합하여 사용하였으며, Fig.1은 개발된 교재이다

이론/모형

본 논문에서 제안된 융복합 교양 교과목은 LMS (LearningManagementSystem)에 기반한 이러닝 팀티칭 교과과정이다. 본교 과목은 2020년 2학기에 운영되었으며, 총 30명의 제주대학교 교육대학 학생이 수강하였다.

성능/효과

특히, 4차 산업혁명 시대를 맞이하여 반복적인 작업과 단순 지식이해는 인공지능과 다양한 정보기술의 영향으로 아웃소싱에 의해 침식되고 있으므로 복합적인 지식을 활용한 문제해결력이 중요해지고 있다. 그리하여, 본 논문에서는 이러한 사회적 요구에 응답하여 교육대학의 예비 교원을 대상으로 수학, 교육학, 컴퓨터 교육, 실과 교육등 다양한 학과를 중심으로 융복합 교양 교육 교과목을 개설하고, 교과목 운영을 위해 각 분야의 전문 교수진이 모여 교과목에서 활용할 수 있는 교재 및 교수 자료를 개발한 결과를 나타낸다. 이에 더하여, 개발된 교과목을 수강한 다양한 전공의 교육대학 예비교원을 대상으로 교과목 수강 만족도와 함께 융합적사고력의 증가율에 대해 분석하였으며, 개발된 교과목이 실제 예비교원의 융합적 사고력이 향상되는데 기여하였는지를 실증적으로 살펴보았다.
또한, 융합적 사고력의 4가지 상위 요인별 결과를 살펴보았을 때에는 창의성을 제외한 의사소통, 내용융합, 배려 요인에서 모두 통계적으로 유의한 결과를 얻었으나, 창의성 요인에서는 유의한 결과를 얻지 못하였다. 이는 본 교과목에서 창의성을 도출해내는 내용적인 아쉬움이 있는 것으로 볼 수 있다.
연구 결과 수강생의 교과목에 대한 전반적 만족도는 4.32점으로 높은 만족도를 보였으며, 강의 내용은 4.3점, 교수자는 4.42점, 교육환경은 4.17점, 향후 발전 가능성에 대해서는 4.37점의 점수를 보이며 각 영역 점수가 고루 분포되어 있음을 볼 수 있었다.
01). 이러한 결과는 본 논문의 연구 가설로 설정한 융복합 교양교과목 이수 전, 후 예비교원의 융합적 사고력이 유의한 수준으로 증가할 것이라는 가설을 지지한다. 그러나, 수강생의 소속 학과 계열별 결과 값은 통계적으로 유의미하게 나타나지 않았다.
0프로그램을 활용하여 결과 값을 구해냈다. 조사 결과, 융복합 교양 교과목에 대한 전반적 만족도는 5점을 만점으로 총 4.32점으로 높은 만족도를 달성한 것으로 나타났다. 전반적으로 모든 점수가 4점 이상으로 집계되어 전교육내용, 교수진, 교육환경, 향후 발전 가능성의 4 가지 영역 모두 고루 높은 만족도를 기록하였다.
한편, 교과목의 효과성 검증에서는 수강생들의 융합적 사고력이 평균 69.33에서 교과목을 수강하고 난이후 76.59로 증가하였으며, 이는 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 보이는 것으로 나타났다(p<.01)

후속연구

이는 본 교과목에서 창의성을 도출해내는 내용적인 아쉬움이 있는 것으로 볼 수 있다. 따라서, 개발된 교과목의 개선 방향으로 학습자의 창의성을 향상시킬 수 있는 강의 내용으로 수정하여 구성하여야 할 것이다.
다만, 본 연구는 교과목 운영기간이 한 학기였으며, 수강생이 비교적 적어 다소 한계가 존재한다. 또한 교과목 수강을 통해 향상된 융합적 사고력으로 이후 교육 현장에서 학생들에게 융복합 교육을 실시하여 초등생들의 융복합적 역량이 증대될지에 대해서는본 연구에서 다뤄지지 않았다. 이러한 한계점은 향후해당 수업을 이수한 학생들을 대상으로 시범 수업을 통해 확인할 수 있을 것으로 향후 연구과제로 남기고자 한다.

본 논문을 통해 예비교원의 융복합 교양 교과목운영과 특히 팀티칭이러닝 교육으로 진행되는 교과목 운영에 도움이 되기를 바라며, 향후 21세기 사회요구에 부합하는 창의융복합 미래인재 양성 연구가 활발히 이루어지기를 기대한다.
또한 교과목 수강을 통해 향상된 융합적 사고력으로 이후 교육 현장에서 학생들에게 융복합 교육을 실시하여 초등생들의 융복합적 역량이 증대될지에 대해서는본 연구에서 다뤄지지 않았다. 이러한 한계점은 향후해당 수업을 이수한 학생들을 대상으로 시범 수업을 통해 확인할 수 있을 것으로 향후 연구과제로 남기고자 한다.
