간호대학생의 대인관계능력 수준에 따른 대인관계능력에 대한 정서지능의 영향

본 연구는 간호대학생의 대인관계능력 수준에 따른 대인관계능력에 대한 정서지능의 영향을 파악하기 위하여 수행되었다. 연구 진행을 위해 2019년 11월 29일부터 12월 16일까지 B광역시 소재 일 대학교 간호학과 재학생 126명을 대상자로 자료수집 하였고 Anova, Regression 분석으로 자료분석을 하였다. 간호대학생들의 대인관계능력을 60점 미만과 60점 이상으로 분류하여 두 그룹별 정서지능의 영향요인을 살펴본 결과, 대인관계능력 평균 60점 미만 그룹에서는 간호대학생들의 자기감정표현, 타인조절요인이 유의한 정적 영향요인(설명력, 22.5%)으로 나타났고, 대인관계능력 평균 60이상 그룹에서는 자기감정표현, 동기화가 유의한 영향요인으로 나타났다(설명력 33.6%). 본 연구의 결과에 따라 간호대학생들의 대인관계능력 교육에 있어 그들의 대인관계능력 수준을 고려한 맞춤식 접근을 제안한다.
