포스트 코로나 시대 대학생들의 대학생활적응과 핵심역량에 대한 연구
A Study on the College Adaptation and Core competencies of Students in Post Corona Era 원문보기

본 연구는 코로나 이전과 이후, 대학생들의 대학생활적응과 핵심역량과의 관련성을 파악하기 위한 조사연구이다. 본 연구의 대상은 서울, 경기, 호남권 등의 대학생 171명이다. 언택트 설문조사로 자료를 수집하였으며, 자료분석은 SPSSWIN 25.0 프로그램을 사용하여 평균, 기술통계, 빈도분석, T-test, 상관관계, 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과, 첫째, 코로나 이전에는 '정서적 적응'의 어려움이, 코로나 이후에는 '학업적응'의 어려움이 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 대학생들의 핵심역량은 '대인관계역량', '문제해결역량', '정보통신역량' 순으로 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 핵심역량요소와 대학생활 적응간의 연관성 분석결과, 코로나 이전, 이후 모두 사회적 적응의 어려움이 나타났다. 코로나 이후에는 학업적응의 어려움과 새로운 기술습득에 대한 어려움이 나타났다. 결론적으로, 포스트 코로나 시대 대학생의 대학생활적응을 위해서는 비대면 상황에서의 대인관계역량 강화, 학업적응 촉진을 위한 정보통신역량 강화, 그리고 새로운 기술습득역량 강화 등을 위한 대학차원의 지원이 필요하다.
