본 연구는 간호대학생을 대상으로 COVID-19 대유행 이후 시행된 온라인 학습의 만족도와 교수의 강의역량, 학습자의 온라인 학습 준비도, 전공 만족도가 온라인 학습 만족도에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 수행된 연구이다. 5개 지역의 간호대학생을 대상으로 2020년 8월 17일부터 10월 5일까지 구글 온라인 설문지를 이용하여 자료를 수집하였다. 총 130부의 자료는 SPSS 23.0 프로그램을 이용해 분석되었다. 본 연구에서 온라인 학습 만족도에 미치는 요인은 강의역량 중 교육방법(β=.43, p <.001)과 온라인 학습 준비도 중 자기주도적 학습(β=.33, p <.001), 전공 만족도(β=.21, p <.001)인 것으로 나타났다. 결론 기존 on-campus 방식을 탈피하여 온라인에 적합한 교육 방법을 고안할 필요가 있으며, 자기주도적 학습이 될 수 있는 교육환경 개선이 필요하다.
