본 연구는 코로나 19 유행으로 인한 간호대학생의 대체 교내임상실습 수행으로 인한 불안, 의사소통능력, 간호전문직관의 상관관계를 확인하기 위하여 시도되었다. 연구대상자는 간호대학생 3, 4학년 131명이며, 자료는 2021년 10월 30일부터 2021년 11월 23일까지 수집되었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS Statistics 28.0을 이용하여 기술통계, t-test, ANOVA, Person's correlation을 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 불안과 간호전문직관은 음의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다(r=-.332, p<.001). 의사소통능력과 간호전문직관은 양의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다(r=.364, p=.000). 본 연구를 바탕으로 교내임상실습으로 인한 불안을 감소시켜 간호전문직관을 높이고 의사소통능력을 향상시킬 수 있는 효과적인 임상실습교육의 중재 방법을 개발하고 적용하는 것이 필요하다.

This study was attempted to confirm the correlation between anxiety, communication skills, and nursing professionalism due to the replacement on-campus practice of nursing students due to the COVID-19 outbreak.
