[국내논문] 노년층의 커뮤니케이션 활동이 사회성과 행복감에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 노년층이 일상생활 속에서 하는 다양한 커뮤니케이션 활동이 사회성과 행복감에 미치는 영향을 검증하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 울산광역시에 거주하는 노년층 295명을 대상으로 SPSS WIN 25.0프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구문제에 따라 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 노년층의 사회성은 가족 커뮤니케이션과 대인 커뮤니케이션에서 정적 관계를 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 노년층의 사회성에는 커뮤니케이션 활동에서 가족 커뮤니케이션의 자녀, 대인관계 커뮤니케이션의 친구와 집단이 영향력을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 노년층의 정적 행복감은 가족 커뮤니케이션의 자녀, 대인 커뮤니케이션의 집단이 영향력을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 부적 행복감은 가족 커뮤니케이션의 자녀와 SNS 활동과 문자량이 영향력을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 연구결과는 노년층의 커뮤니케이션 활동이 심리적 및 사회적 측면에서 사회성을 높이고 행복감의 향상하는데 의의가 있다.
