본 연구는 기자들이 매체별(지상파TV, 신문, 인터넷) 뉴스 신뢰도(저널리즘적 평가)를 어떻게 평가하고 있으며, 이들 매체의 뉴스 신뢰도 요인구성에서는 어떤 차이가 있는지 분석하고 있다. 또한 매체별 기자들의 저널리즘적 뉴스평가가 미디어 신뢰도에 미치는 영향도 분석하였다. 분석결과를 정리하면, 기자들은 미디어의 신뢰도 평가에서 지상파TV와 신문을 인터넷보다 높게 평가하였다. 지상파TV는 ‘공정성’, ‘비편향성’, ‘기자와 언론사 사견 비개입’이라는 평가 항목에서 다른 매체 보다 높은 점수를 보였고, 신문은 ‘완벽성’, ‘정보의 깊이’, ‘독창성’에서 타 매체 보다 높게 나타났다. 반면 인터넷은 ‘독창성’과 ‘최신성’에서는 높은 신뢰도를 보였으나 이들 항목을 제외한 모든 항목에서 타 매체에 비해 낮게 평가되었다.

Second, what is difference among factor compositions of media? Finally, how do reporter"s evaluations of news affect media credibility? According to the results of reporter"s evaluation to media credibility, terrestrial TV and newspaper is higher than internet in media credibility. In the credibility assessment of fairness, criticism tropism, reporter and media of expression personal opinion non-intervention, terrestrial TV is higher than other media (newspaper and internet). Evaluation to ‘depth of information’, and ‘creativity’ are highest in newspaper. Except for creativity and up-to-date, all other assessment of internet are lowest. Analysis of factor composition shows some differences. Terrestrial TV consists of two factor compositions such as professionalism and fidelity. Newspaper and Internet have same factor compositions, fairness, fidelity and journalistic value. Finally, evaluation to ‘the perfect’, ‘respect for privacy’, ‘concern to public interest’ and ‘concern to well-being’ affected significantly terrestrial TV credibility. ‘The perfect’, ‘creativity’, ‘accuracy’, ‘respect for privacy’ and ‘concern to public interest’ affect significantly newspaper’s credibility. In the case of internet, ‘non-bias’, ‘up-to-date’, and ‘watching out for user interest’ affect significantly internet’s credibility.
