여대생의 식행동이 가지는 특징은? | 그러나 대학생들을 건강에 대한 관심이 적으며, 균형잡힌 식사를 통한 영양섭취의 중요성을 잘 인식하지 못하는 경우가 많다[3]. 특히 여학생의 경우 심화된 학업과 진로, 취업, 이성 및 다양한 대인관계 등에 직면하면서 심리적 부담감으로 인한 외모에 관심이 집중되면서 부적절한 식습관, 비정상적인 식이습관, 체중조절 행위 등에 쉽게 노출된다[4,5]. 또한 식사 시간을 고려하지 않은 수업시간표, 자유시간의 증가, 아르바이트, 동성 및 이성친구와의 교제 등의 영향으로 아침 결식, 불규칙한 식사, 잦은 외식, 폭식, 편식, 과다한 음주 및 흡연, 편의 식품의 과잉섭취 등의 문제가 있는 것으로 나타났다[6]. 게다가 체중에 대한 올바른 인식의 부족, 마른 체형을 선호하는 사회문화적 영향으로 적절하지 않은 방법으로 체중관리를 함으로써 영양장애 뿐만 아니라 섭식장애까지 유발하여 여대생의 건강을 위협하고 있다[7,8]. |
