가상간호시뮬레이션을 활용한 정신간호실습 교육의 효과

본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생에게 가상간호시뮬레이션을 적용한 정신간호실습 전·후 전이동기, 학습자기효능감의 차이를 비교하고 실습 후 실습만족도를 비롯한 전이동기, 학습자기효능감 간의 상관성을 확인하여 효과적인 정신간호실습 교육의 기초자료로 제공하기 위함이다. 본 연구는 2020년 10월 부터 12월 까지 진행되었으며 U시 소재 대학 3학년에 재학 중이고 가상간호시뮬레이션을 적용한 정신간호실습 교육을 받은 41명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료분석은 Paired t-test와 피어슨상관관계(Pearson's correlation coefficient)로 분석하였다. 연구결과, 가상간호시뮬레이션을 적용한 정신간호실습 후 실습 전에 비하여 전이동기는 유의하게 상승하였고 학습자기효능감은 상승하였으나 통계적으로 유의하지 않았다. 가상간호시뮬레이션을 활용한 정신간호실습 후 전이동기, 학습자기효능감, 실습만족도는 통계적으로 유의한 상관관계를 보였다. 이를 통해 가상간호시뮬레이션을 활용한 정신간호실습 교육은 부분적으로 효율적인 실습 전략임이 확인되었다.
